My arms on your shoulders, I can feel the tension locked in them, your breathing still fast and shallow, apprenhension about what I might do to your body, your head still worrying and reviewing the day. I gently start working on your neck and shoulders, I gently massage the back of your neck, your shoulders, your arms. Tension starts to melt away, your breathing deepens, you start to let go but your mind is still busy. I move onto your head, scrunch the hair, rake it, massage the scalp, carry on and on until your mind quietens and balances. I move onto your face, gently press energy points, work on your ears, around your eyes, your chin pausing in places. I end on your shoulders, you take a deep breath, quiet mind, relaxed and restful until the next treatment.
