Sometimes doing the right thing feels uncomfortable, it can bring on anxiety, stress, physical symptoms. In this situation faith can help enormously, faith in yourself knowing that we have taken the right decision and we just have to believe that results will come eventually. This happens when we try to change our eating habits and eat more healthily, start an exercise regime or change our lifestyle and the way we relate to people. These situations do not bring immediate results but in the long term they become as familiar as unhealthy situations were. It takes 21 days for an action to become a habit, it is worth writing it down on the calendar and before we know it 21 days are over and the habit has been formed. All is possible with perseverence, willingness and an open heart.
