We all tend to be better at some things than others and yet sometimes we need to recognise that we need to change in some aspects of our lives. For example our minds and bodies are interrelated, the same way the body invites us to feed it with healthy and nutritious food, our mind needs positive and constructive thoughts. Therefore it is important to watch both aspects, a happy body will give us a sense of contenment the same way that a happy mind will also give us positive feelings. If one or the other go out of alignment there will be an effect on the other one. So learning to listen and take good care of both our minds and bodies is an important skill for self-care.
