Facing fears

Today I took the family to the Climbing centre. We were in Wales starting to celebrate my fortieth birthday and I thought it would be good to push my limits and try something that usually scares me. It was great to be able to feel the fear and do it anyway. I did climb that wall and upsailed down. I put my feet on that ladder and walked across the bridge over emptiness and I did jump down on the zi`p wire. My palms were sweaty, my heart was pumping and I felt scared but I was so proud afterwards! I even stopped half way back the ladder to smile at the camera whilst my dad was taking a picture. I have not felt this alive in a while. Pushing my own limits made me realise that we are more capable that we give ourselves credit for, we are capable of facing our fears and going beyond them, of growing and evolving. When was the last time you confronted your fears?

Reiki and Indian Head massage might relax you and help you address your fears. Book a treatment with me today.

About Malena 113

I am a light worker. I was born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain in the early seventies and first came to England in my late teens. From then on I visited a few times, came to do some sightseeing, studied and finally settled down to work. Reiki found me in the early 2000 as a continuation of my spiritual development. I achieved Masters in Reiki in 2010 and have trained other people since. I am currently studying Theta Healing, another modality of healing. I also work with angels and archangels and they are now part of my everyday life.
