Putting a brave face

Sometimes putting a brave face works wonders. I have recently been camping in the rain, stuck in a tent with the children, setting it up whilst getting wet, on a campsite with only basic facilities. I put a brave face for the children and found myself relaxing and enjoying the moment. They were not bothered it was raining, they were not bothered I forgot to pack enough cutlery, they were not bothered that there was only half an hour of sun and the tent needed pitching. They were just happy to be there enjoying the moment. I love children’s capacity to just be, to take things in their stride, to enjoy every moment without expectations. It did not matter that they had to share a spoon and take it in turns to eat, it did not matter that they might have had to pitch a tent in the dark, it did not matter that it was raining. We were just out on an adventure and that is what adventures bring.

A Reiki or Indian head massage might help you relax and recover the adventurous spirit, it might help put things back into perspective and remember what really matters. Book a treatment today and feel the difference.

About Malena 113

I am a light worker. I was born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain in the early seventies and first came to England in my late teens. From then on I visited a few times, came to do some sightseeing, studied and finally settled down to work. Reiki found me in the early 2000 as a continuation of my spiritual development. I achieved Masters in Reiki in 2010 and have trained other people since. I am currently studying Theta Healing, another modality of healing. I also work with angels and archangels and they are now part of my everyday life.
