Deep breathing


The benefits of deep breathing were highlighted to me during a weekend of yoga. Closing down the bandas around our stomach and pelvic areas and expanding all of our lungs. Extending the outbreath counting for 6 and counting for 4 on the in breath, pausing for 2 in between. A few minutes doing this and the world feels like a much calmer and peaceful place.

I am a light worker. I was born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain in the early seventies and first came to England in my late teens. From then on I visited a few times, came to do some sightseeing, studied and finally settled down to work. Reiki found me in the early 2000 as a continuation of my spiritual development.
