What is moderation and what is discipline? Sometimes the word and attitude of doing something in moderation can mascarade not having the discipline to stick to a routine. Best to go to they gym often and repeatedly so it becomes part of a routine but also to vary the type of exercises so the body does not get used to them. Best to find a suitable time to meditate and lay out the space so it is inviting and it becomes something to look forward to every day. Best to stick to that food plan, avoid the foods or drinks that we set to avoid and reap the results afterwards. Best to study a little every night and before you know it you will have completed the module from the Open University that you are working towards. Moderation is not necessarily the same as balance. Moderation does not always reap the necessary rewards. Moderation can mean not having the will to carry an activity to the end or to repeatedly stick to a discipline or routine. So are we being moderate or are we being disciplined?
