I do believe it is best to take healing in moderation like other things in life. Healing like Theta or Reiki can provoke big changes and the body and mind need time to re-adjust. I usually leave it to the client to decide how long and follow up treatment with a courtesy call or e-mail to see what progress has been made. I never push it, I believe the client knows when healing is needed and will return for more. Our bodies and our minds do send us signals to let us know when all is not well. Too much healing could be masking an underlying lack of self love or feelings of lacking worth. Healing can change us however the aim of the healing is to progress on our personal and spiritual development rather than change who we are fundamentally as a person.
