Boundaries, giving and receiving

As I walk down the street and go about my everyday business I ‘see’ and ‘sense’ many people who are happy, contented, well-adjusted and bask in their strongly positive energy. I also come across people who ‘seem’ tired, run down, unhappy and whose spark seems to have disappeared. Sometimes a smile, an acknowledgement, a brief conversation can lift the spirits up as the other person feels acknolwedged, other times more is required and a Theta or Reiki session is booked. Together we have a lot of power and all of our actions can reach very far. As an individual I can help those around me but have had to learn to stop and not give continuously. My heart and my healing start as soon as I detect a need, I have had to teach myself to take days off and turn off my radar. As individuals we also need to take care of ourselves and ask for help when needed, I had a few hours off recharging yesterday and I had a massage and a facial. For a couple of hours someone else was taking care of my needs. It felt good and now I feel more ready to give again. When was the last time you took time out for yourself?

About Malena 113

I am a light worker. I was born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain in the early seventies and first came to England in my late teens. From then on I visited a few times, came to do some sightseeing, studied and finally settled down to work. Reiki found me in the early 2000 as a continuation of my spiritual development. I achieved Masters in Reiki in 2010 and have trained other people since. I am currently studying Theta Healing, another modality of healing. I also work with angels and archangels and they are now part of my everyday life.
