Spirituality and exercise


Being spiritual and going to the gym are not mutually exclusive. In fact both things are highly beneficial. We are a soul that lives in a body in a human plane of existence therefore we must take care and provide for the duality. A happy body assists a happy mind and the other way round. I usually meditate whilst running or rowing, I just close my eyes and let things flow in. When I do that time seems to go much faster and I work out more intensely as well so two rolled in one. Who said we have to sit still to meditate? Movement and meditation works better for me. What works for you?

I am a light worker. I was born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain in the early seventies and first came to England in my late teens. From then on I visited a few times, came to do some sightseeing, studied and finally settled down to work. Reiki found me in the early 2000 as a continuation of my spiritual development. I achieved Masters in Reiki in 2010 and have trained other people since. I am currently studying Theta Healing, another modality of healing. I also work with angels and archangels and they are now part of my everyday life.
