Dr Matthew James ‘Huna’ Secrets for Being at Peace

You cannot make a difference to others unless you make a difference to yourself first.

Take the positive seed and plant it on earth. Take action about things you want in your life. You have to do something to get the energy moving so happiness and empowerment become a habit.

I am what I repeatedly do.

There is no word for I am sorry in the Hawaian language as this is a statement that does not require a response. Say please forgive me instead as forgiveness is a process.

You have no control over making other people happy. When you focus on making other people happy you end up miserable and then end up miserably. Focus on your own happiness instead and transmit that positive energyto others. Give up trying to make other people happy and take up the responsibility of making yourself happy Operate from the hear. Give back. Be in huna.

Know yourself and what wealth, abundance, love, friendship etc. means to you. Become huna with your path. You are more than you think you are.

Work with yourself on a daily basis. Start with yourself, love yourself. In face of adverstiy practice centerdness and calmness.

Bring the focus inwards and allow it to express outwards. Expand your awareness.

Find something that resonates with your heart. Then it can become part of you. It will feel leasy and right.

About Malena 113

I am a light worker. I was born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain in the early seventies and first came to England in my late teens. From then on I visited a few times, came to do some sightseeing, studied and finally settled down to work. Reiki found me in the early 2000 as a continuation of my spiritual development. I achieved Masters in Reiki in 2010 and have trained other people since. I am currently studying Theta Healing, another modality of healing. I also work with angels and archangels and they are now part of my everyday life.
